Some YouTubers I love

Sometimes I am clear, and sometimes I am "clear as mud". There are a couple of professionals who have made it their mission to provide helpful information to educate the public on mental disorders. I lean on both often to supplement my explanations to clients. Here they are, in their own words.

Dr. Tracey Marks "is a general and forensic psychiatrist of 20 years, whose mission is to increase mental health awareness and understanding by educating people on psychiatric disorders, mental well-being and self-improvement. Dr. Marks produces educational videos on her YouTube channel, DrTraceyMarks."

Kati Morton, LMFT "holds a Master’s in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University and is a licensed marriage and family therapist. Over the past eight years, Kati has leveraged social media to share mental health information worldwide through video. In addition to Kati’s YouTube channel and strong presence on social media, she has appeared on E! News, CBS The Doctors, KTLA’s Morning News, Fox 11 Good Day LA, and was showcased in Europe’s highest circulated magazine, Glamour UK. "
