Support for Figuring It All Out (When You're Supposed to Have It All Together)

The pressure to “adult” can feel crushing. Whether you’re choosing a major, starting a career, dating, or trying to just make rent and stay sane, early adulthood is full of transitions—and uncertainty. I help young adults manage anxiety, improve self-confidence, process identity shifts, and move through life with clarity and compassion.

You’re not behind—you’re becoming.

Common themes we explore:
-
College or career confusion, imposter syndrome, and decision fatigue
-
Burnout, anxiety, or depression
-
Self-esteem and people-pleasing
-
Relationship challenges or loneliness
-
Identity, gender, or sexuality questions (LGBTQ-Affirming)
I am a strength-based, solution-focused therapist. While I don't ignore the past, much of our conversation focuses on the present and the future. This reflects a basic belief that problems are best solved by focusing on how you would like your life to be, and moving toward that, rather than focusing too much on what might have been had you been able to rewrite the past. Read more here about the effectiveness of this approach.

To assist you in healing and making changes, I offer both in person and online therapy. You can meet with me in person at my offices, in a private courtyard, walking together, or via phone or online (teletherapy). Sessions are typically 50 minutes once a week, depending on your needs.
