Laura Heffernan, PhD
Dr. Heffernan provides CBT to adolescents and adults who suffer from symptoms of depression, anxiety, eating disorders, trauma, bereavement, and substance use. She also provides couples counseling, again focusing on behavioral tools and goals and assessing their effectiveness throughout the therapy process.
Jen Trette, Kali-Ki Reiki Master, CMT
Jen calls upon her 15+ years of hands-on healing experience to help others release tension, emotional blocks, and bad days, while introducing a sense of calm and comfort with an open heart. Many people are quietly struggling; reiki helps to soften our emotional walls, inviting healing to take place.

Caitlin Knowles, M.Ed. has worked in both public and private schools, teaching in both special education and regular education settings, as well as home school and preschool environments. Most recently, she has worked as a private learning specialist and educational consultant, in which her work has focused on social- emotional learning, academic support and enrichment, and consultation services for curriculum development and special education advocacy.
Nancy Barbash-Lerner, CPT
Nancy Barbash has been an ACE Certified Personal Trainer since 1994, training adults, teens and athletes. Nancy has trained clients with a variety of needs such as pregnancy, spinal and joint issues, post injury rehabilitation, nutrition and those trying to achieve a higher level of fitness.
Napa Co Crisis Stablization
The Crisis Stabilization Services Program provides immediate response to help individuals of all ages affected by problems and symptoms associated with acute mental health crises.
Crisis stabilization services are designed to alleviate the crisis, allowing individuals to return home or transition to the appropriate level of care, and include medication evaluation to those who have acute mental health problems.
